UTown is an educational hub complete with residential spaces and learning facilities, UTown is built to serve its residents as well as the wider NUS community. It features four residential colleges, a UTown Residence, an Education Resource Centre, Stephen Riady Centre, Town Plaza and Town Green.

UTown represents a bold approach towards undergraduate education by promoting innovative learning technologies and creative teaching pedagogies. The facilities at UTown such as learning café and computer commons that are open 24/7 are purposefully designed to encourage collaborative learning and multidisciplinary engagement. Its many study clusters cater to a variety of studying habits that attract students and staff across all Faculties/Schools and all years of study.
